Life in the UK Training
Our Life in the UK test preparation course helps candidates learn and understand the Life in the UK Test book. The classes are conducted in a friendly atmosphere, and students are encouraged to study independently.
Book your Life in the UK Test
Each person who wishes to take the test must book separately.
- Your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). If you do not have a valid BRP, you can use your passport or another acceptable form of photo ID.
- Details of your address and postcode
- A debit or credit card
- Your email address
- Details of any special requirements
When you do not need to take the test
You do not need to take the test if you:
- Are under 18
- Are 65 or over
- Have passed it before – for example, if you are applying to become a citizen and have already passed it as part of your settlement application
- Have a long-term physical or mental condition (you must provide a form or a letter from a doctor confirming your condition)
Accepted forms of ID
You can use one of the following as ID to book the test:
- A valid passport
- A valid travel document with a photo (you cannot use an emergency travel document)
- A Biometric Residence Permit
- A Biometric Residence Card
